DMCA Takedown Request
Submit a complete notice and we will acknowledge within 24 hours and act on valid takedowns within 5 business days. Misidentified or abusive notices are rejected on the merits and may result in counter-notification to the claimant.
What a complete notice requires
Six elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
- URL of the allegedly infringing material. A direct post link is the easiest for our team to locate.
- Identification of the copyrighted work. Title, author, and a description sufficient to find the original.
- Contact information. Name, address, telephone, and email for the rights holder or authorized agent.
- Good-faith belief statement. That the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement. Under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Physical or electronic signature. Including your typed full name at the end of the statement meets the electronic-signature requirement.
